1. About these terms

These terms cover the NSTNT.AI website and services provided by Licorice Studio LLC (“we”, “us”). Use the service only if you can enter a binding agreement under applicable law, or with the permission and supervision of a parent or guardian where permitted. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.

2. App license

For an app downloaded through Apple’s App Store, the Apple Standard End User License Agreement applies unless a different license is presented with that app. These terms supplement that license for our website and services; they do not replace mandatory Apple terms or your statutory rights.

3. What NSTNT does

NSTNT observes Bluetooth Low Energy signals and connection evidence available to the app through iOS. It helps you recognize devices, review observations, and request explanations. Availability depends on your iPhone, permissions, Bluetooth state, nearby devices, and iOS restrictions. Background observations may be delayed or incomplete.

“Protection” describes awareness and guidance. NSTNT does not block or prevent connections, stop attacks, identify people, verify who owns a device, or provide a complete list of all connections. A nearby or unfamiliar device is not proof of access to your phone or malicious activity. A trusted label records your choice; it is not a security certification. No observations does not mean no risk.

4. AI explanations

AI explanations use Apple’s on-device model on supported devices with Apple Intelligence available. AI can be incomplete or wrong. Review the underlying observations and use your own judgment. Explanations are informational and are not a guarantee of security or professional advice. Monitoring can work when AI explanations are unavailable.

5. Responsible use

Use NSTNT lawfully and respect other people’s privacy. Do not use it to stalk, harass, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with another device, or bypass safeguards. Do not misrepresent observations as proof of someone’s identity or conduct. Do not copy or commercially redistribute our branding or artwork without permission, except where the law allows it.

6. Purchases and subscriptions

This website does not take payments. Any paid offer must show its price, billing period, included features, and renewal conditions before you confirm it. If you purchase an auto-renewing subscription through Apple, manage or cancel it in your Apple account’s subscription settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Apple handles its payment processing and refund requests, subject to applicable consumer rights. See Apple’s cancellation instructions and refund instructions. This section does not mean a subscription is currently offered.

7. Your information

Our Privacy Policy explains local observations, AI processing, support messages, and website information. Our data and deletion page explains how to remove local app records. You retain rights in information you provide to us.

8. Availability and changes

We may improve, change, or discontinue features, subject to applicable law and any paid commitments. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or compatibility with every device. We will identify material changes to these terms and provide additional notice where required; changes will not remove accrued statutory rights or apply retroactively to an existing dispute.

9. Warranties and responsibility

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available, without a promise that all observations or explanations are accurate, complete, or suitable for a particular purpose. NSTNT is not an emergency or safety-critical service. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses caused by reliance on incomplete observations or AI explanations. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including fraud, intentional misconduct, or applicable consumer guarantees. Your mandatory local consumer rights remain in place.

10. Ending use and resolving issues

You may stop using the service at any time. We may restrict access to services we operate if use violates these terms or creates a security risk, subject to applicable law. Please contact us first with questions or concerns; these terms do not require arbitration or waive access to courts or regulators available under applicable law.
