Your data & deletion

Control your permissions and remove your saved NSTNT information.

Remove local app data

1. Open iPhone Settings → General → iPhone Storage → NSTNT.AI.
2. Choose Delete App and confirm. Offload App keeps documents and data, so it does not erase your NSTNT records.
3. If you reinstall, a device or computer backup may restore old app data. Review your backups separately if you want those copies removed.

Deleting the app removes its local device profiles, approved baselines, timeline, and findings from that installation. NSTNT has no cloud scan account to delete in the current version. Removing trust or ignoring a device is not the same as erasing its record.

Stop collection without deleting

Use STOP in NSTNT to stop monitoring, or turn off NSTNT’s access under Settings → Privacy & Security → Bluetooth. Manage alerts under Settings → Notifications → NSTNT.AI. Existing saved records remain until you remove the app data.

Support correspondence and other requests

To ask about information you sent us, request access, correction, or deletion through support@nstntx.com. Describe your request and use the address you originally contacted us from if possible. Do not send passwords or unnecessary identity documents. We may keep information required by law and will explain any applicable limitation.

Apple purchases and backups

Deleting NSTNT does not cancel an Apple subscription or delete Apple’s purchase records. Manage subscriptions with Apple’s cancellation instructions. Apple and your backup provider manage records held by their services.
